1. We will not write any romantic letters for anyone under the age of 18. You will either receive a refund if such an order is placed, or we will make it platonic instead.​

2. We will not write any romantic letters for any characters under 18. ​

3. We have the right to refuse any orders where the character is canonically a paedophile, a rapist or racist. If any orders with those types of characters are placed you will NOT receive a refund or any product. 

4. Any inappropriate orders will NOT receive a refund or any product.

5. We will only be writing letters from and one shots of FICTIONAL characters. PLEASE DO NOT order anything from a real living person.

6. Personalised names on products cannot be racist or inappropriate in any way.
